Shipping Policy
At Coco's Chew Toys, we offer free shipping for all orders over £30. We use eco-friendly packaging materials to ensure that our products are not only safe for your pets, but also for the environment. If your order is below £30, we charge a flat rate of £3 for shipping.
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, and you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you immediately to let you know.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Coco's Chew Toys, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by phone or e-mail with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference. Please note that all items must be in their original condition and packaging in order to be eligible for return/exchange. If there are any issues with your return/exchange, we will contact you immediately to let you know.
